This document identifies the Service operator and gathers public information about the distance contract. The operator's residential address and personal telephone number are deliberately not published for physical-safety reasons. This publication is therefore incomplete under section 54.4 of the Consumer Protection Act (RSQ, c. P-40.1); Savantis does not claim otherwise.

The operator is a sole proprietorship run from a home. Legal identity details and contact details other than support@savantisai.com are not published online. Direct disclosure can be arranged by writing to support@savantisai.com, subject to a reasonable confidentiality agreement. This process does not replace the automatic disclosure required by section 54.4.

Details, the categories of information transmitted, and the safeguards applicable to communications outside Quebec are set out in the Privacy Policy. The Trust and data summary separates live controls, limits, and deferred work.
3. Intellectual property
The source code, interface, visual identity, agent profiles, curricula, system instructions and documentation of Savantis Agents are the property of Savantis AI and are protected under the Copyright Act (RSC 1985, c. C-42). They are proprietary and confidential: no licence to use, copy, modify, publish, distribute, sublicense or sell is granted without prior written authorization.
Third-party components remain subject to their respective licences.
4. Language of the service
Under the Charter of the French Language (RSQ, c. C-11), the French version of all contractual documents and disclaimers is the official version. An English translation is provided as a courtesy in the legal/en directory. In case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
