Details and asterisks

This page gathers the details that used to sit beside the prices and plans. It is explanatory. Where it differs from the Terms of Use, the Terms prevail.

An asterisk on the site points here. The idea is simple: the plans page says what you get, and the detail that qualifies it lives in one place instead of scattered in small print.

Savantis Tokens

Discovery. The Discovery plan receives its Trial Tokens once, when the account is opened. They do not refill monthly. No Savantis token pack and no system token pack can be purchased on this plan.

Unused balance and plan changes. Unused Trial Tokens do not transfer when you change plans. Moving to a paid plan, returning to Discovery, or switching between paid plans forfeits the unused Trial Token balance.

Paid Agents plans. Tokens included with a paid plan are added monthly and stay valid for three months. That carry-over applies to the tokens included with the plan, not to Trial Tokens.

Purchased tokens. Token packs bought separately never expire.

Currency and billing

Plans are billed in the currency shown on the plans page. Professional agents and token packs are billed in United States dollars, whatever currency is displayed.

Prices are shown before tax. Applicable taxes are added at payment.

Companion trial

A Companion plan is purchased at checkout, which registers a payment method. The trial is the delay before that payment method is used, not a plan of its own. When the trial ends, billing becomes automatic. You can cancel at any time.

Monthly or annual

A monthly plan is billed monthly and commits you to nothing beyond the current month. Nothing is charged for a year, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you paid for. Annual billing is a separate choice, made at purchase.

Annual billing is collected once for the year. Included tokens and usage limits stay monthly: a year paid up front does not release twelve months of tokens at once.

Beta

The Service is in beta and intended for personal use. Keep your own copy of what matters. Agents get things wrong sometimes and do not replace professional advice. The detail is in the Beta notice and the Terms of Use.
